The City of Welland is committed to fostering open and respectful interactions between its residents and City Council. To enhance the experience of individuals and groups presenting before Council, the Office of the City Clerk has developed this delegation survey.
The survey aims to gather insights on two key aspects:
Pre-presentation information: We seek to understand how well-prepared presenters feel before attending Council meetings. This includes evaluating the clarity, accessibility, and usefulness of the information provided to them in advance.
Presentation experience: We are interested in learning about presenters' experiences during their time before Council. Specifically, we want to know how respectful and engaged councillors are during these presentations.
