A Strategic Plan is the City’s aspirational, future-focused, and actionable roadmap. The development of Welland’s Strategic Plan will be the result of collaborative discussion, open dialogue, and consensus building among everyone in our community.

Our Strategic Plan is being created through a multi-phased process, focusing on key components and building upon their outcomes as we move forward.

Working from a strong mission, vision, and values, high-level priorities have been identified before focusing on key performance objectives. With City Council at the steering wheel and responsible for setting the vision and direction, now we need your thoughts, opinions, and ideas.
