Rotary Park is getting an upgrade to improve access, safety, and enjoyment for all users. The City of Welland is working with Upper Canada Consultants to design improvements that include:

  • Paving and expanding the current gravel parking lot
  • Improving drainage
  • Adding landscaping and fencing
  • Enhancing turnaround and emergency access near the pump station

This work aims to make Rotary Park a more accessible, welcoming, and functional space for everyone. The project is currently in the design phase, with construction planned to begin in fall 2026 (subject to Council approval).
