The City of Welland has hired The Herrington Group to assist in preparing its Multi-Year Accessibility Plan for 2025-2030. As part of this process, City staff are being surveyed to provide insights and perspectives on accessibility in the City.

All responses will be kept confidential and individual responses will be combined into a report that will inform the Multi-Year Accessibility Plan.
