Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

The City of Welland has hired The Herrington Group to assist in preparing its Multi-Year Accessibility Plan for 2025-2030. As part of this process, the public is being surveyed to provide insights and perspectives on accessibility in the City.

In addition to the survey, public information sessions will be conducted for individuals to discuss their experiences. The dates and locations for these sessions are:

• Thursday, February 6 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Welland Public Library (Main branch)
• Friday, February 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Welland YMCA
• Saturday, February 8 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Welland Community Centre

All responses will be kept confidential and individual responses will be combined into a report that will inform the Multi-Year Accessibility Plan.
